It all began with sitting around a campfire, falling in love with the RV lifestyle and feeling a desire to start something completely new, exciting and rewarding. We had a vision...a passion for change and set out to put the vision to work.
We sold our home and hit the road to full time RV living. Our first adventure was to Texas for John to turn his dream into a reality and attend the National RV Training Academy and become a Certified RV Technician.
Our mission is to provide to our RV community honest and reliable services delivered to you with the utmost of integrity following standards set forth by the RV Technician Association of America.

John is an RVTAA Certified Technician, having attended advanced training at the National RV Training Academy. John has also attended the Lippert Training Institute.
Ginny does the administrative side of WiseGuys. She holds an Associate's degree in Science-Business Administration with Southern New Hamphsire University

AVAILABLE FOR AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES & HOLIDAYS
We accept cash or credit cards as payment. We have the ability to process credit card payments over the phone, through email invoicing or in person. Payment in full is due at the time-of-service completion.
All attempts will be made to complete the job during the initial visit, however, we may not stock parts that may be required for your service.
Service work is charged by the hour with a one hour minimum charge for services rendered. If we are unable to complete the job on the initial visit only the service call and diagnostic time will be charged. We will provide a written quote for parts and labor if the job can not be completed at the initial visit.
A down payment equivalent to the price of the parts, shipping and sales tax (if applicable) will be due in full prior to parts being ordered. Once payment is received the parts will be ordered and final payment will be due at time-of-service completion.
John did a great job with my AC unit. When arrived he asked the necessary questions and got strait to work. I followed him up to the roof myself. He was more then willing to answer all my questions and even teach me a few things. I called him late on a Friday night and he still answered and came out. I couldn’t be more happy with his work. Great guy! And great to do business with him!
